Kids Art & Mindfulness Classes in Windermere
Helping kids feel seen, heard, and empowered through art, movement, and mindful connection.

We believe that when children are encouraged to express themselves through art, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning, they build the confidence, calm, and connection they need to thrive. In a world full of distractions, we create space for kids to grow into resilient, creative, and emotionally aware humans.
We offer art and wellness classes for kids ages 2–18, including preschool art and balance classes, elementary enrichment, and teen creative programs. We also provide parent resources and educator support tools designed to carry our practices beyond the classroom. Whether you're raising or teaching children, we're here to help you build a strong foundation...together.

At our Windermere-based studio, we weave together process-based kids art classes, mindful movement, and SEL activities to nurture the whole child. Our approach helps children feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether they’re picking up a paintbrush, practicing a breathing technique, or learning how to name a feeling.
