🌿 Introducing: The Loft Wellness Collective

A Movement of Women Creating Space for Healing, Growth & Connection

At The Loft on Main, something deeper is unfolding.

Beyond the art classes, balance sessions, beautiful mural and wooden slat wall lives a spirit of intention, restoration, and transformation. And at the heart of it all is a growing circle of women, leaders, guides, and creatives, who are quietly, powerfully shaping the way our community experiences wellness. We call them The Loft Wellness Collective.

Who They Are

The Loft Wellness Collective is made up of women who bring their healing gifts to the Loft on Main through yoga, nutrition, therapy, mindfulness, energy work, and more. They are the ones holding space behind the scenes.

These are the women leading real conversations around mental health, regulation, embodiment, nourishment, and care. They’re here for the community. They’re here for the work. And they’re here for you.

Dr. Celine Passeri & Associates

Rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, Dr. Passeri and Associates specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and body image challenges.

Through a relational and trauma-informed approach, we offer a warm, collaborative space where healing is possible and transformation is nurtured. Our team embraces a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach to eating disorder treatment. We strive to transform body dissatisfaction and food insecurities into weight inclusivity, balance, and self-compassion.

The recovery journey is comprehensive, transformative, and deeply meaningful.  Our approach fosters self-empowerment and acceptance, focusing on emotional, mental, and physical well-being.  Recovery is not just about healing, it's about thriving and uncovering joy. We treat adolescents and adults and are currently accepting new clients.

Serena Pratt, MS, RD, LDN, CDN

Hi, I’m Serena — a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition from Columbia University and a background in exercise physiology and psychology.

My path into nutrition began during my years as a competitive figure skater for Team USA, where I saw firsthand how powerful food can be in supporting strength, focus, and recovery. That experience sparked a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts not just performance, but how we feel and function in everyday life.

Today, I work with clients who want to feel better in their bodies, improve their health, and take the stress out of eating. Whether you're managing a medical condition, working through a challenging relationship with food, or simply looking for personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance, I help cut through the noise and focus on what truly supports your health.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients with digestive disorders, PCOS and women’s wellness, and disordered eating. I believe nutrition should empower — not overwhelm — and that healthy eating can include flexibility, satisfaction, and the foods you enjoy.

My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in real life. I love helping clients find a balanced, sustainable way of eating that supports their goals without guilt or restriction.

Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen testing new recipes, at Pilates or yoga, or reading on my Kindle. I’m constantly inspired by the way food brings people together — and I feel grateful to turn that into meaningful work every day.

I’d love to support you on your nutrition journey. Click here to learn more about what I offer and how we can work together.

Daiana G. Amyradakis, MS, MFT, CPLC

Hi! I’m Daiana, and I’m so happy to introduce Lil’ Me Mindfulness for Kids. With a background in Psychology (BS) and Marriage and Family Therapy (MS), and as a mom of three, I’m passionate about helping children grow emotionally strong—from the inside out.

I offer mindfulness classes for kids ages 7–11 that are playful, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based practices and proven cognitive behavioral (CBT) tools. These classes are designed to help children regulate their emotions, feel calmer, and improve focus with tools they can use for life.

The 8-week program I teach is adapted from a curriculum developed by a mental health specialist in Australia, which was short-listed for a number of awards for its incredible documented success in assisting and supporting children. Through creative mindfulness activities, movement, and guided breathing, kids learn practical strategies to support their mental and emotional well-being—all while having fun!

The next term runs every Thursday from August 21 to October 9 at The Loft on Main.
