​The Finding Balance Class is a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space for students of all ages to discover and embrace mindfulness and holistic well-being in their daily lives. Through the integration of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, our students cultivate strategies for reducing stress, enhancing focus, and nurturing a sense of inner peace.

Students will have the opportunity to learn and practice yoga postures and sequences, develop awareness of breath and body through mindful movement techniques, and explore the transformative power of meditation. Join us in cultivating a community that values the importance of well-being and supports each other in achieving a sense of inner balance.

To ground our bodies, quiet our minds, open our hearts, and connect to our source. A safe virtual space to experience relief. Open to everyone of all faiths and beliefs, in particular those working with the most vulnerable populations.
