Preschool Art & Yoga Classes for Ages 3–6 in Windermere, FL

At Kids Create Art & Wellness, we design our preschool classes with the whole child in mind. Our Preschool Art & Balance class is a single, integrated experience that begins with Finding Balance. Gentle, yoga-inspired mindful movement to help young children arrive, settle, and feel grounded in their bodies.

After balance, students enjoy a short social snack break, giving them time to connect, reset, and practice simple social skills. We then transition into process-based art, where creativity takes the lead. Children explore a variety of materials and techniques through open-ended invitations that emphasize experimentation, choice, and self-expression.

Our preschool classes prioritize process over product, allowing each child to create in their own unique way without pressure, rules, or expectations. This thoughtful rhythm supports calm bodies, open minds, and joyful creativity from start to finish.
